ABOUT THE CHEF
Executive Chef Nadia Ahmed was classically trained in Culinary Arts at the Art Institute of Houston, where she earned her associate degree in Applied Science (AAS). Right away she discovered her talent for teaching. First, as "live talent" in the Cooking Connection at H.E.B and later, as an instructor of her own award-winning, plant-based cooking classes.
The colorful chef has more than 10 years experience as a food educator and personal chef for families, large and small. She has worked with Methodist Hospital, Urban Harvest, the Vegan Society of Peace, St. Catherine’s Montessori and Project Row House and is excited to expand her brand.
She is currently studying Nutrition and plans to use her degree to empower and help others through food education and advocacy. When she is not in the kitchen or studying, Chef Nadia enjoys outdoor adventures, cheesy jokes, spending time with family and friends and collecting magnets for her impressive magnet collection.
